Tripura fixes the value of land in the state from time to time. Property registration charges and the stamp duty are based on the market value of land maintained by the State Government. Land values managed by the Government will be re-examined periodically according to the location and commercial value of the property. Tripura land valuation certificate is used to prove the fair value of the property in a particular area of a District.

The e-District Tripura portal is a government initiative to use digital technology and integrate different government services on a single platform for easy and transparent access. This portal allows citizens to apply, view, download, track their applications, and report grievances.

Market Value of Land

Market Value of land is calculated and notified by the Tripura Government. It is evaluated based on the importance of plot, the type of road, road access and the nature of the land. In Tripura land can be accessed by visiting the official website of Revenue Department of Tripura. Select Login for Land valuation; the page will redirect to the new page. The applicant needs to login to the portal for getting the value of land Tripura.

  • Jamabandi or Patta Copy
  • Up-to-date Land Revenue Receipt
  • Land documents or Land Deed
  • Any other documents such as Trace map, etc.
  • Latest Revenue Tax Receipt

Applicable Fee

Land valuation certificate service does not require any payment for processing. The user has to provide service charge to e-Suvidha centre.

Applying for Land Valuation Certificate - eSuvidha Center

Step 1: Approach the nearest e-suvidha centres at the offices of Sub Divisional Magistrates in your area. 

Step 2: Submit a request for land valuation certificate in the centre. Provide the required documents as mentioned above. You have to provide the following details:

  • Revenue Village Number and Name
  • Patta Number
  • Land Class
  • Applicant personal details
  • AREA
  • Reason for applying the certificate

Step 3: e-Suvidha centre person will forward the valuation certificate application online to concerned authority after paying the service charges. You will be provided with a unique application number. 

Note: Keep the unique application number safe for future reference. 

Step 4: Status of application will be updated to the registered mobile number and mail id. You can also check the stats Online. 

Step 5:  After verification, the concerned authority issues Tripura land valuation certificate. 

Step 6: Once you have received an SMS of application approved message, revisit e-Suvidha centre. Provide that unique application number to service personnel. You will be provided with the digitally signed Tripura land valuation certificate.
